We are four entrepreneurs with backgrounds in both IT and operations. All of us have previously run our own companies and gained valuable experience of how businesses work in practice — especially the challenges that show up in day-to-day operations.

That’s where the idea for Todolo took shape. We saw a clear gap between how smoothly work runs in an office and how complex it often is out in the operation. Finding information, following routines, communicating, and getting started with the day shouldn’t be harder just because you’re not sitting at a desk.
With that insight, we decided in 2023 to join forces and build something that genuinely makes a difference.
Todolo is the result of that journey — a platform that brings the essentials into one place and makes the workday easier for both employees and leaders. We want to reduce the distance between people, create better everyday structure, and eliminate unnecessary duplicate work.
Our goal is simple: to give everyone — regardless of role or work environment — the right conditions to do a really great job, every day.
